Fantasy Landscape

For this assignment everybody in class made up their own perfect job and then we switched with one of our classmates and where the art director for them. My assignment was to create a fantasy/science fiction world and do some production art based on it for a movie.

Lewis Carroll piece

For a magazine article about Lewis Carroll and his weird relationship with the girl who inspired the Alice character. I put a varnish over the whole thing which made it very shiny and hard to scan. It needs a couple of touch ups in the background so it doesn't look so dark.

Fake New Yorker cover for Halloween. I had fun painting the little girls and their costumes.

New Work

Interpreting the phrase "Pet Noir". We could only work on the piece for 2 hours. I thought it turned out okay.

This video's over all feel is exactly how I want my summer vacation to be like/ how excited I am for school to be over.

My Desk

This weekend I was sort of sick. But I still worked on my color spread for my children's book illustration (which you can see here, before I changed some of the colors). This is my desk, filled with everything you could possibly want as a sick person; tea, tissues, ginger ale, honey for my tea, and cough drops.
