Start to (Semi-) Finished Painting

I thought it might be kind of interesting to document one painting (not the best painting I've ever done but certainly not the worst either) from the start to an almost finished piece.
So here's the "finished" painting, almost 7 hours later. I don't really like how some parts came out, especially the face and arms, so I'm thinking I'll wait for the paint to dry (since it's oils) and then make some changes.
Here it is with all the colors blocked in. This is probably about 5 to 6 hours into the painting.
Starting to just block in some of the basic shapes with color after about 2 and a half hours.
Adding a wash of color over the sketch.
The very start of the painting. I did a basic drawing in pencil so I know about where everything will be, size, shape, etc. Took me about an hour.
